Not every project arrives at the same stage. Some customers have a sketch, some have a finished schematic, and some have a complete production package. Our quote form follows three paths so you only answer the questions that apply to you.
1. I have an idea
You do not need any design files. Describe what the product should do and attach whatever explains it: a written concept, sketches, photos of a similar product, or an early prototype. An engineer reviews it, talks it through with you, and advises on the next steps.
2. I have a design
Your schematic or PCB layout is ready, but parts of the product are still missing. Upload the schematic or layout and tell us what you need us to review or design:
- PCB layout from your schematic
- Enclosure or case design
- Cable and wire harness design
- Embedded software
- A design-for-manufacturing review before you build
3. Ready to manufacture
Your files are final. Choose the services you need and upload the files for each one. Typical packages are:
- PCB fabrication: Gerber, ODB++, or IPC-2581 files
- PCB assembly: bill of materials plus Gerber or ODB++ files
- Cable and harness: a harness drawing with lengths, connectors, and pinout
- CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding: a 3D CAD file such as STEP or STL
Protecting your design
On every path you can sign our mutual NDA inside the form before you upload a single file, or tell us you need your own NDA signed first.
