Prototype in Silicon Valley, scale in Vietnam: how our dual pipeline works

BestSky Industrial operates five manufacturing facilities: two quick-turn plants in Silicon Valley, California, and three high-volume assembly hubs in Vietnam. They do different jobs, and your project can move from one to the other without changing teams.

Stage one: quick-turn NPI in Silicon Valley

New designs change quickly. While yours is still changing, we build it locally. Prototype orders can ship in as fast as 24 to 72 hours with no minimum order quantity, so a single-unit R&D run is fine. You work directly with a Bay Area engineer who can review your files and answer questions the same day.

Stage two: volume production in Vietnam

Once the design is locked, production moves to our Vietnam facilities for cost-optimized scaling in flexible batch sizes. Production runs typically take 2 to 3 weeks via express air courier.

One team, one standard

The same US engineering team manages both stages, so the people who reviewed your prototype also oversee your production build. Both locations work to IPC Class 2 / 3 for assemblies and IPC-A-620 for wire harnesses.
