PCB Design/PCBA Assembly
  • Requirement Analysis – Understand your product function, environment, and constraints.
  • Circuit Design (Schematics) – Design electronic circuits for control, power, sensors, and communication.
  • PCB Layout – Design multilayer or single-layer boards using Altium, KiCAD, Eagle, or customer formats.
  • Component Selection & BOM – Choose available, cost-effective parts (focus on supply chain availability).
  • Firmware Development – Microcontroller firmware if needed (C, STM32, ESP32, etc.).
Cable Design & Assembly

  • Cable Diagram & Pin Mapping – Create professional cable drawings with wire color, pinouts, and connector info.

  • Crimping & Termination Plan – Define how wires are terminated: crimp, solder, IDC, etc.

  • Cable Testing – Continuity, high-voltage, or functional testing before shipment
