The product
A ruggedized edge gateway for a factory floor: a main board, a sensor interface board, internal cables, and a sealed enclosure.
Where it starts
The files are final, so this is the Ready for manufacturing path. The customer ticks Box build, which adds PCB assembly, cable harness, and enclosure to the request, and uploads the files for each.
What we do
- Fabricate and assemble both boards, including fine-pitch parts
- Build the internal cable set
- Machine or mold the enclosure, depending on quantity
- Install boards and cables, load firmware, and run a functional test
- Label, serialize, and pack the finished units
Why one partner helps
When the board, the cable, and the enclosure come from three suppliers, a connector that sits two millimeters too high becomes three separate problems. Built together, it is found and fixed once, at the first assembly.
What to send us for a project like this
- Gerber or ODB++ files and a bill of materials for each board
- Cable drawings with lengths, connectors, and pinout
- 3D CAD of the enclosure (STEP)
- An assembly drawing or exploded view, and a test procedure if you have one
